The Daydream REM-S is a responsive and powerful touchscreen smartphone launched on August 11, 2011.

It was introduced with LucidAndroid software (a custom Android 2.3 distribution by Daydream), a micro-USB charging port, a 3.5mm headphone port, and a microSD slot for additional storage.

The REM-S features a 1.4 GHz dual-core "Clare" processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.6-inch OLED screen display, and a 10-megapixel camera with flash and 1080p full high-definition video recording.

This project is inspired by Hannu af Ursin and the Tech Product Bangers accounts on social media platforms.

Our next VA pulls threads from Manchester, Lyon, New York, and Bristol; a cross-continental snapshot of the sounds shaping our world right now.

It opens in the shadows, with Steel Traxx and Product Toss delivering slow, murky cuts that set the foundation: heavy, cracked, and full of tension.

Things begin to shift as Manami, Maelita, and Mattik push into bass-driven territory. Low ends are refracted through their own lenses, building pressure and colour as the record unfolds.

The tone lifts as Sempra delivers UK-funky flair, all bright percussion and magical flute runs cutting through the weight. From there, disctr4k brings bumpy NY-garage-flavoured house, full of swing and cheeky momentum, before Direct Function closes the journey with warm, dub-soaked atmospheres that linger long after the final note.

A full-spectrum Skiptrace release — built from community, curiosity, and shared movement.

All proceeds from the release will be donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians.
