My collection of most loved tracks that i dance to in order to balance my masculine energy that wants to destroy and revenge and be in a war, i discovered that if i dance my anger out by following words in the songs that helps trigger certain emotions that i wish to express but cant and also let go to the flow of what songs wants to be played and witch keys and relates to what chakra and what energy or emotion that i am dealing with, knowing that so many are having deep shadows that they are dealing with and i found out that dancing releases so much anger and keep the body busy in a state of trance for the EGO mind to shutdown a little and the heart pulsate with the flow of rhythms and beats per minute and synchronizes with the melodies played...
My sets are all mixed with using Amanita to focus.

This set was recorded during my first Djing experience in our blossoming women Re-Treat day at Dahab...
The set was the finale dance of blossoming into who we are at the end of the day after sharing so many amazing techniques with very powerful sisters from my tribe in Dahab...
Holistic Djing was born in me when i found myself choosing very various tracks from very different genres and blending them and playing them as i like and not what others like and put them in a progression that go through the chakras.
The flow of the journey works on with the lower chakras and with the key of each chakra blending into the next in a harmonious way that pushes energy from base chakra to sacral to solar and than to heart and back with same progression to finally reach the base chakra and blossom your heart and manifest this love or this beauty in a form of a dance that shows how free you can be in your spirit and body...
Working with lower chakras are very important now a days for grounding and manifestation of our higherselfs into physical realm in a healthy way !! 
To dance we need music and a progression that is harmonious and this is what i will do as i always wished to have my own dj to play my songs now i can play my songs to my self and dance them.

My back to freedom set is created after me hearing that i am finally being released to discover myself on my own without any projection on anyone and totally keeping my masculine and feminine energy to myself where i can balance it on my own because there is only one driver to this soul and its me :-) and my God....
When my love pronounced the word he set me free to explore my free flying high moments and i was allowed anything but didn't want anything at the end but him, I discovered that my freedom is actually to be bounded and protected by his arms.

The set is built on musical keys from G to C and back to G thats to resonate with the chakras from base to heart and back to base.
Dance it to feel the extreme shifts and get to find your way to balance out between those 2 extreme worlds, base rooting and heart expansion feelings.

Since April 1st i recorded this session and totally forgot about it until i heard it playing a while ago and i heard one mix and said oh my god was this mix really me and wondered !!! Before i even finish listening to it i decided to upload it anyways because its a great sign for me that really Since april until now i am living in an april fool and tomorrow beginning of sep marks the beginning of me again in a very new way and not following the fools journey any more ... I see some direction and i am going and i know that we dj can record our life sound track according to the music we hear around us and than take it and mix it and express it as it comes to the crowd and share your own movie sound track and it always part of your journey of music through your days ...
Its not a home work to look for music to download !! No it is what we hear and we like and we feel attracted to is what we download and we mix ..
So i think this mix can be mixing my emotions during this journey since april until now ...

My HolyParty concept ~ Holistic dance journey set 

This is where i merge the holistic dance knowledge with electronic and party music instead of Holistic Music that are more instrumental or medicinal type or genre.

In my live mixing during the journey I use a progression thats starts of from G(sol) to C(DO) that corresponds to Chakra from Base to Heart.

All 4 counts - chakras - keys - elements - as well as the journey songs 4 of each key mixed harmonically. 
In his journey we experience dancing each stage with the physical sound necessary for the chakra to stimulate your emotion as well.

Either the sound of the element in the track or produced live by you.
I mix the tracks and i also give guidance for the dance in each of the 4 stages according to each emotion experienced.

For example Base Chakra is related to security and fear of survival therefore i use songs that stimulates this mode and give guidance to dance the emotion out expressed.

The aim is to express repressed emotions in our dance as well as learn how to be on rhythm so not to waist energy and be able to enjoy your dance the whole night.

Leaving you in the heart chakra stage with open arms flying to the opening dance floor and to start your night with some guidance on how to close off your energy in the crowd for maximum enjoyment.

The universal sound AH 

The sound of pain as well as pleasure...
“AH” helps us to centre within, and expand around the heart space, when you sing SALAM that means peace in arabic you will be including the word Ah as a release when you repeat it you will notice saying ah and allah as well as salam..

This is almost my daily meditations i repeat a tune and i keep repeating the words i call upon for the day and the sound vibration needed for me to open my heart.

Use the power of sound to move stuck energies in the bodies. The use of sounding helps to align energy back into balance on all levels including mental, emotional, and spiritual. Disease is caused by the disharmony of these energies in the bodies.

For this meditation practice, we will use this track with the word "Salam"and "Ah" and "Allah" being repeated in singing.

Close your eyes and breath into your heart before you start. First, notice what feelings or sensations are present for you in the heart since this sound assists to open the heart.
Press play and listen first allowing each sound to penetrate through any blocks, or emotional pains you may carry in this centered area.
When you feel comfortable you can start singing after me, return back to observing the changes felt in the heart.
Best is to repeat repeat until you truly feel a release ...

On a Saturday night i start making a set because of loving one song ( "Arabic soul" that i put in the beginning and than i check the key and i found that its E so i said ok fine lets continue same key why not ? 
After finishing the set i realise that i just harness the energy of the day because saturday is the key E in music and its 3rd eye chakra and the color indigo that i was also wearing !! all coincidence ? or a flow of trusting what is ?

PartyMystics - Myriam&Karim are Dancers/Musicians going around mixing and designing dancing journeys with live mixing back to back. Their focus is mainly on creating dance journeys that allows the dancers to experience different characters and emotions that are either hidden with in, and just needs to be expressed through dance or that already is expressed yet is a joy to embody and remember. As dancers experience different characters, archetypes and emotions, this widens the dancers consciousness to experience the mystical hidden aspects of the self yet making the dancer whole. 
Also another aspect of dance they are exploring is the ability to be one with music through dance. The ability to simultaneously move with music is a mystery. When the dancer moves he becomes the music and he unites with something beyond him self, resulting in feeling in an orgasmic feeling beyond expression. This is why music festivals and partying in the last half century has exploded like never before. When the dancer unites with sound and looses the self, to experience the self by it self, with nothing else in between one gets a glimpse of ones true self that is actually everything. Merging the Party and the Mystical is what PartyMystics are about. 

 Here we share some of our live mixing that we play in different venues in Egypt as well as designing sets for daily dancing practices during Micro dosing protocols and high doses.
