My new Orange amp, recorded pretty raw with just a FET boost on the way in and some reverb on the mix.

A very quick demo of a Scuzz Fuzz I made recently. Uses germanium and silicon transistors, bias adjusted so it's loose and 'orrible.

Starts off in germanium mode at the mid pickup (P90s) then goes to silicon mode, switching to bridge pickup at the end.

For once my sloppy playing and uneven dynamics actually helps demonstrate a pedal.

Alternates between clean and engaged, with increasing compression applied each time.

The Supa will distort after a point and can give that super compressed, wall of sound on chords.

Starts clean then into a vintage styled Muff at increasing gain, followed by a modern style Muff using the same settings.

A fun little "experiment", my new valve amp has a direct out so I thought I'd test the differences between the miced amp, speaker emulated output (with valve distortion) and a DI into digital amp sim.

Far from scientific (the noise floor variations alone are pretty big) but just for fun. The phrase is repeated from a loop pedal so it's the same performance every time.
