Recorded and processed thru all vintage equipment from that era with guitar amps such as the Sunn, Panameric and Silvertone. Guitar pedals like the Maestro Rhythm &amp; Sound, Mu Tron Phaser, Boomerang Wah, A/da Flanger, and all sorts of vintage preamps and microphones that really give each sound its own distinct character, saturation, warmth and color you cant achieve in the box. Welcome to Part 1. of (Jay Dee's Tribute)

It's the legend Jay Dee's Birthday on February 7th, so i thought i'd upload 1 track now, and also 1 on his birthday, both will be Dilla tributes.

Always good to experiment on how he made his beats, i've admired Dilla's production since i started. his ability to be creative in any situation to come out with the dopest loop always gets me every time.

This has been a favourite beat of mine for a while. Thought it was time i actually gave it a crack.
