what is up in the SoundCloud house today on this hump day of a Wednesday unless you guys have been liking more and reposting more I just want to say thank you to the fans and everybody following you guys are awesome. 

You guys are great. I am so appreciative of everyone who is currently a My Sick Sunday fan. It really is inspiring and motivating to help me continue on with my life honestly, with all of that I have been through in the past few years you would probably be shocked or not, but regardless I am just thankful I’ve come this far and I’m not not gonna give up or stop now I took a bunch of clips that I had made just recently kind of took time to create one day another time another day like the following day, 

I would continue to have kind of one focus and goal in mind that I was going to achieve that and not get too many things in my head that way it would distract from just achieving that one thing that I would just complete 100% of one thing this song is called manifest because sometimes we manifest things we think so be careful what you think because you could fester that out like an infestation manifestation 

just funny how certain words are do rhyme and they kind of go hand-in-hand with describing certain details coincidence I think not but maybe thank you. That is all for our show today.

HEY It’s STEPH-ANIE not STEP-ON-ME! Just an old school Cali Chick ready to shake it up and transform the way the world sees music! I took Piano Lessons when I was younger for many years and took Acoustic Guitar lessons for about 1 year. Also, can dabble a bit on the violin took just 1 lesson, and drums was my 2nd instrument; my Dad is a drummer, and Plays Electric Guitar. He taught me when I was a teenager growing up we had a Ludwig Drum Set with Zildgian Cymbals. My musical influences are a mix of old school Cali Mix of Rock N' Rap (love all kinds of music; appreciate all genres of music; I would say I'm musically well rounded). My Sister and I also performed at a fundraiser, called "The Eagles Cancer Telethon," a 24-hour straight show to help raise money for cancer research. In loving memory of our Aunt Kathy whom we never got to meet b/c of it. My other musical influence growing up was my Grandma Charlette, without her I would have never started playing piano! ALSO, CHOIR NERD ALERT was in my high school choir for both concert and performance, 'GO PANTHER'S!" LOVE learning from old school artists like The Beatles, Nirvana, OZZY! Sir Mix Alot, Ice Cube, Korn, P.O.D, Incubus, Staind, and Metallica baby; master of the puppets AND IRONMAN everyday LOL! Love also the new sounds and how music has evolved is kind of cool to hear what people come up with and come out with now adays!  BLUES ROCK CRYBABY!
