128 fresh patches for Waldorf Largo (software), Q-Series (hardware) and Blofeld (hardware). Main categories: leads, sequence sounds, plucks, basses and pads! Suitable for any kind of electronic dance music creations.

  I have carefully programmed these patches to sound the same even used on software or hardware. There are surely some differences like filters and envelopes, which will not sound the same between Blofeld - Q-series!

  17 different sounds used in the demo. Effects used : TC Electronic VSS3, Apple Logic Stereo Delay and synths own FX, except EQ as MicroQ & Blofeld don't have EQ.

64 performances, leads, sequence sounds, plucks, basses and pads! Sounds created with JP-8000 and then transmitted to JP-8080 for a test drive to prove it works in both machines.

  These sounds are made in Performance mode, which means, there are some sounds with two layers to get ultimate phatness out of the patches. 20 separate patches used on the mp3 demo!

  EDIT: Sounds do have sends in the audio channels inside Logic for TC Electronic VSS3 and Logic Stereo Delay. No EQ or compression used!

Chris Corrigan - Perfect Morning (Original Mix)

Electronic dance music producer from Finland. Jani Kervinen started making electronic music since 1994. Therefore, you've hear some of the productions in all major trance channels, including: Trance Around The World, A State Of Trance etc etc.
Jani kicked off with his first single 'Jungle Breeze' and it got rated with 5/5 starts in DJ MAG! Second single 'Solace' was written pretty soon after Jungle Breeze and it got some spice by vocals from a Finnish rock singer, "Keely" aka Juha Kiili. This vocal version didn't get released as at it's time, male vocals wasn't the thing in Trance music.

Today Jani has released quite a punch of productions for several different artists, like Abbott & Chambers, Will Holland, Alex Gemin, Brisky and some others..

The latest single Jani got released was "Moonlight Bay" which saw the daylight thru Finity in 12.3.2010. This tune was originally written in 2003. Next single will be called "Beautiful Waterfall" and you can find a little preview / teaser of it from YouTube if you search "Mystery Islands" there ;) Also a follow up track is under worx.

Jani Kervinen and Kai Harmaala also formed an alias "Far From Near" for Finity and there will be two tracks out this year.. "Mood Swings" and "Respectah!". You can find little previews of those tracks in Tube as well ;)

Then, some other stuff that is going on.. Jani is a mastering engineer for a Finnish label Finity and also known as a sound designer. I've done a punch of soundsets for different synths, like Access Virus range, Waldorf synths, Roland JP-series and Apple Logic ES2 soundset! These sounds has been a huge success and there will be a follow up for the ES2 soundset anytime soon.
