Let me tell you a story – a "Trippy Story."

This is more than just a new release for me; it’s a reflection of my deepest connection to psychedelics and psychedelic music.

Believe it or not, most of the lines and leads in this track were written 9 years ago. Yes, you read that right! Back then, I spent countless hours in the studio, immersing myself in music, sound design, production, and of course, psychedelics.

At the time, I was deeply inspired by legends like X-Dream and Hallucinogen—influences you can likely hear throughout the track. I had just gotten my Nord Rack, which I explored inside out, creating many of the main textures and leads you'll hear today.

Even back then, I knew this track was special—at least to me. The lines and textures felt so deep and unique that I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to recreate that feeling. So, I decided to save it, holding onto the track until the timing felt just right.

2024 has been the best year for Mystic so far, and I knew it was finally time to share "Trippy Story" with the world. While some sounds and lines were reworked and the mix reshaped, I’ve kept the “naive” textures and original emotions intact to preserve the vibe from all those years ago.

This is my trippy story. So take a moment, take a deep breath, and join me on this trip.

‘One Love’ is both historic and timeless. Even though it comes from the mid 90s Goa Tance era, its rich melodies and cosmic energy still feel fresh today.
