Produced by Guy Fixsen (My Bloody Valentine, the Pixies), with the arrangements reminiscing a mix of Fleetwood Mac, Coldplay and Echo and The Bunnymen, “Coco” has to rank as one of their finest tracks to date.
Charlie Straight’s list of fans and followers is rapidly expanding, with nearly 60 thousand likes on Facebook, 4.4 million views on YouTube, an MTV Break-Through European Award, an opening slot for The Red Hot Chili Peppers, support from The Guardian, and the official music video being made by VICE Magazine.

The Guilty Ones have to be one of the UK’s hottest new offerings, their live gigs are a must and when lead vocalist/ songwriter Liv takes to the stage, accompanied by the force of three incredible musicians, you know you are about to witness something unique. The Guilties are Liv Slania, vocals & percussion, Jo- guitarist/ songwriter, Manuel- drummer, Oded- keyboard player, and Oded's infamous, synth-bass playing, left hand called "Dedde".

This four piece is without a doubt all about the innovative quality of song writing and the interstitial concept behind the production. Their upcoming single "Conquer The World" is just a taste of what they can offer us. Produced by the iconic Rupert Hine (Stevie Nicks, Underworld, Tina Turner and Howard Jones), co-produced by their own Guilty Jo and Alex Beitzke (Ed Sheeran, Mark Owen, Paul Weller and Foster The People) with the mastering being overlooked by the legendary Bob Ludwig (Coldplay, Paul McCartney, David Bowie, Radiohead and the Rolling Stones), you know you're in for an unforgettable treat from the minute "go". The song starts gently with Jo's hooky guitar riff and Liv's intimate and husky vocal. It gives you no preparation to what's around the corner in the form of an instrumental explosion and a recurring lyrical chant. It is catchy, to the point and certainly leaves you wanting more. If asked what it sounds like, it is almost impossible to compare to anything out there, and feels better to leave it up to each individual making up their own minds... and ears...

As proven in music history's tracks records, every now and again, amongst thousands of new bands, DJ acts and solo artists, there comes one extraordinary musical force, which changes the course of action for the rest of us. Usually they set a new trend, or a trend within an existing trend, then create a new wave of trends gaining them a huge amount of screaming fans and an ever so growing large number of wannabes and copycats.

franskild is exactly that and more. It is a collaboration between two Denmark based Swedes (tricky, I know, but try and keep up), Love Ojensa and Tim Söderström. When these two get together, collectively they create an utterly fresh and new branch of deep house that is as current as it possibly can be. They are strongly influenced by the blissful sounds and magnificence of the early 80's house tunes, mixed with early '90s break beat French wave, tipped with mid-00's contemporary garage and combined with the highly influential Jacking house.

Their upcoming EP will be released August 2nd and includes the tracks "eden" and "shards". "shards" has already been massively pushed by MixMag, with over  10,000 play in 3 days and growing by the minute.  One of the countless secret ingredients which makes this song stand out from the rest is the perfect blend between a melancholic sound scape and dream – like, happy, seductive and haunting vocals (performed by Love's sister, Rebekka) which leaves the listener wanting more... and more...

franskild's musical empire is rapidly growing since they are about to team up with MAYA JANE COLES, a London based DJ and producer. She's been voted one of the most influential DJs by Rolling Stone, and has already remixed acts like MASSIVE ATTACK and GORILLAZ...

Conclusion? franskild have more than enough ammunition to reach the top of the music food chain, create a new movement in the house scene, and achieve all this to a steady, uniformly accented four-to-the-floor beat.
