Mytch – a DJ whose story is the story of his passion and that is and always has been the sounds of the sixties. Born 1965 in London at the age of 16 he immediately recognized the strong potential of Beat and Garage Music and at once started to play in some of the most influential bands of that time – just to mention "Jack Barden & The Prods", "The Sidewinders", "John & The Smiths", "The Out-Sects", "Larey & The Apostrophies" and later "El Mytcho & The Snakes". Still today "I was walking down the Road" and "Hey" belong to the rarest and most wanted 7''s of the world.

Today the always young-minded lives in his residence near German capital Berlin, taking care of his wide range of animals and his overgrown garden, polishing his Faberge-Eggs and keeping himself busy with Yoga or Macramé or whatever…

But regularly he's back in the big city to be heard as DJ in some of the most exciting places for 60's music, where he always grants for a steamy, wylde and sweaty dancefloor, serving the dancing crowd with sixties beat, garage, r&b, soul, boogaloo, psychedelic, exotica, easy tunes, hammondjazz etc. …

And despite of that he's the best Batman-DJ of the world – and that is true!

Malicious tongues however say all around that The Mytch has not even lived in the sixties, that he, to put it bluntly, started djing in the nineties, calling himself "Du und Deine Welt" and that he's not a real beat-man at all!

Confronted with that kind of vituperations he conveys an impression of a man feeling overran by modern times and forsaken by the world… he looks around helplessly, squinnies, as if he tries to remember something that happened long time ago…

Then you can hear him mumble "that, ehm… may be, too"
