Across 15 high-impact tracks, the album follows his descent from cold precision to complete psychological collapse — from the first contract to the last heartbeat. Heavy trap 808s, bouncy DnB drops, dubstep growls, and cinematic textures drive the story forward, pulling the listener into the chaos of war, betrayal, paranoia, and guilt.

It’s not just about the battles fought with bullets — it’s about the battles he can’t escape inside his own head. Every bass hit feels like a gunshot, every drop like a door kicked in. "Soldier of Fortune" isn’t background music — it’s an unflinching soundtrack to moral decay, where the line between killer and victim vanishes, and the war never ends.

The second track on the EP is called ‘Within, Never Without’, and it will hit you right in the feels.  Beginning with an ethereal & melodic intro, it lulls the listener into a realm of nostalgic melancholy with the distorted vocals crying out for something seemingly out of reach.  Just before the drop, we hear the words “I’ll stand with you forever” which cut straight through to the heart and open us up for the flood of emotion that pours in a few seconds later.  When it drops, you will inevitably feel yourself swaying to the pulse of the driving kick drum, absorbing the emotion pouring out of the speakers.  It’s beautiful and melodic in a really interesting, unconventional way, while also containing enough punch in the low end to make it a dancefloor mind-melter.  

Here's what illanthropy has to say about ‘Within, Never Without’:

“This song, I believe, is a manifestation of the feeling (that I'm sure many of us share) of longing for something greater, always.  I'm sure that there are lots of beautiful, happy people who have gotten to a point in their lives where they want nothing/need nothing above and beyond what they have, and I envy these people greatly!  But part of my mission in music is to spread a message of acceptance, love, and power to my fans and anyone who comes to a show, and it's important to me to spread this message as widely and deeply as I can.   So, I will always want something bigger, louder, heavier, deeper with a larger audience to connect with.  I see how negative and unhealthy parts of this scene are becoming and I think it is bastardized by larger media outlets as a problem with the music rather than a problem with our mindset, because the music is just that: music.  The way we experience it and what we do with it are completely up to us, and I've almost succumbed to the fun, carefree lifestyle of non-stop partying, drugs, drinking, etc. and now that I'm at a point in my life where I can reflect on myself at that time, this message resonates more deeply with me and I believe with my audience too.  The way people connect at electronic music shows is so profound, like we are all being hit at the same time by a huge tidal wave of empathy.  We are powerful creatures with capacity to do so much good, and I will forever believe in humanity to do good. I just want to catalyze that a bit.”
