Her collection is ever-expanding, guided by a taste for the unconventional: tracks with unusual lyrics, offbeat energy, or irresistibly strong basslines. A true Capricorn, she follows intuition over direction, letting instinct lead the way. Motivated by a desire to tell stories and a deep curiosity about sound, sucre sucre is constantly refining her musical identity – unafraid to cross boundaries, take risks, and lose herself in new and unfamiliar sonic landscapes.

ED051, Second Contact’s DJ set, is inspired by the ethos of Fight Club and the idea of embracing personal liberation through self-destruction and chaos.    Influenced by both the film’s structure and tempo, the mix is framed by symmetry and the concept of bookending in filmmaking; a structural technique where the beginning and ending scenes reflect one another. The set starts strangely with a mundane sense of repetition and polished emptiness gradually evolving into unrestrained intensity before retreating back into itself.

Dimitri Veimar was born in Germany, and after moving to Moscow, started to study and produce music in early 1999. Later on in 2010 he started to DJ & perform.

High praise indeed from an artist who knows all about making an impact. It was Dimitri's remix of Avery's 'Water Jump' that announced his talent to the world. Produced without the original parts, Veimar constructed a rework that immediately won the heart of its original creator. 
Mix:
I was really enjoying making the / sunday morning / because finally i had a chance to mix up all kind of music that i can't play on the dancefloor. Since my childhood i've been listening to a lot of breakbeat and downtempo and also i mad about US classical and hippie singers especially about all the music comes from the 60 's.  That's why the mix has the few gems from those times as a reminder of a golden days.
