LIVE FROM SHAMBHALA 2025

This is my Shambhala Music Festival 2025 debut mix at Pagoda's secret stage, the infamous Ikigai Mori Stage. This set is easily my favourite to date and enjoyed every second of it. Music is mainly indie dance including an I.D. from myself then released music from some of my favourite artists in the genre such as Deflee, Highlife, Rafael, Frida Darko, Disfreq, Jon.K and many more. 

I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed mixing it.

Happy 25th Anniversary Fractal Forest! You truly are the most beautiful place on earth and I am so honoured to play on that stage! Year 2 playing was a complete success! This year was a far more technical set with a lot of genre jumping. I really wanted to create an experience that would capture how diverse the rave scene is here on the Canadian west coast. We really are a one of a kind festival scene here and I love it 🥰 This set is stacked with all kinds of goodies. Including……. A brand new remix, from Freddy J and myself, of Silver Screen (Shower Scene) by Felix Da House Cat. It’s an old school track that we have always loved and we are so happy we finally got to debut it in the Fractal Forest 🌲🎶

SWIPE RIGHT TO FUNK 05

Welcome to the sixth edition of my Swipe Right to Funk mixseries. The rise of funk in the late 1960s and early 1970s was a direct response to the Civil Rights movement and represented black musicians being unapologetically black. As Prince said when he inducted Parliament into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, "funk is the force that tore the roof off the sucker that is modern music." As we all take action to further the Black Lives Matter movement, it's important to understand where our music comes from. ALL music is directly descended from black music.
