The Altar release was produced and inspired by and for Paloma Contreras Lomas' multimedia installation “Rana Disco Club” and the short film "Virgilio" at the Anahuacalli Museum in Mexico City. Caníbal and Fantasma are two singles that invoke the tribal prehispánico genre of the early 2010s. Zutzut's music in this release invokes specters that ruminate different mausoleums, under the volcanic stone of Mexico City.  Zutzut and Contreras Lomas have been frequent collaborators since 2024.

The Anahuacalli Museum is a pre-Hispanic mausoleum located in the south of Mexico City. Zutzut was assisting during the production process of the exhibition “¿Cómo se escribe muerte al sur?” by Paloma Contreras Lomas, Mexican artist and Carolina Fusilier, Argentinian artist, which was inaugurated at the beginning of the year 2025 in the museum. The museum contains Diego Rivera's collection of pre-Hispanic objects and was intended as the place that would house his ashes, along with those of Frida Kahlo. That did not happen. The bodies are not buried there, but what does inhabit it is the rebellious spirit of ancestral entities that live at the collection. Zutzut was inspired by the museum architecture of volcanic stone from the Xitle volcano; its ghosts, inhabitants of the underworld and a darkness that appears in each of the tracks. He imagined how an ancestral tribal rave would sound, dancing between Contreras Lomas and Fusilier's pieces.

[ENG] ✿ Atosigado is the project name of Oscar Landgrave, originally from Tijuana, Baja California (currently residing in Hermosillo, Sonora). Since the project's formation in 2020, his sound has been in constant transformation, encompassing many genres such as ambient, noise, IDM, modern classical, sound collage, progressive electronic, hardcore techno, and deconstructed club.

In 2023, the project began to shift, focusing on experimentation with dance and percussive music, incorporating #Cumbia, #Tribal, #Guaracha, #Reggaeton, and #BrazilianFunk into its sound. It merges previously explored genres with others such as Footwork, UK Garage, Jersey Club, Breakcore, RKT, among others. We met via Swine Daily Discord channel and have been following every track by Atosigado ever since!

Valentino Guerriero is making waves this 2025, with outstanding releases in labels like Be Adult Music or Oh! Stockholm. Finally, he debuts in Personal Belongings with a fire 3-track EP paying tribute to Deep House versatility.

The opening track is 'We Love House Music', a classic raw Deep House cut fitting early warmup vibes with reflective spoken vocals setting the tone for the night.

'Down The City' is the title track, a dub, groovy jam with early 2000s reminiscence with is an instant gems for true Deep lovers.
