To celebrate the fifteenth release of the ÆX series the Amsterdam label presents a special collaboration with Delsin Records. ÆX started back in 2017 as a white-label offshoot from the Indigo Aera imprint, Jasper Wolff and Maarten Mittendorff had a plan to create a platform with a mix of like-minded unknown, well-known and admired artists. This no-nonsense approach with stamped white labels and uncredited tracks quickly grew up to be one of their most committed projects to date.

Four years later and fourteen releases in, ÆX015 is a special split EP in collaboration with the closely related Delsin Records. Both labels invited three names to present a fresh and dancefloor focussed pack of grooves and moods.

On ÆX's a-side, three familiar faces Taupe, Emeline (also known as the Parisian artist Molly) and label curator Jasper Wolff bring their warm, acidic, bass-heavy grooves in typical fashion. The b-side comes from Delsin who introduces three new artists to the team. R.O.W.S from the Swedish sewer sender crew going in with a miles-deep dub-techno take. From Barcelona, it's Annie Hall with an emotive blend of her crispy electro. At last there's Yone-ko wrapping up the pack with grooving subtle hazy house moods.

MTRL (Material) is an art project by Audio Engineer and Sounddesigner Lukas Weinlein, who is always been fascinated with soundscapes to which he could relate to emotionally. 
Playing various instruments for years, he started experimenting with different sounds at a young age, tapping into many different styles of music. 
This insightful journey shaped his current understanding of music and ultimately led him to the endless possibilities of hypnotic electronic music, inspired by the infinite cosmos and organic voices of nature. Having bonded with a multitude of great artists helped to refine his style and created a sphere of inspiration around him. 
His deep, experimental - and sometimes dark sounds- resonate with the audience and invites them on a trip to remember. 
The name for this specific art project was chosen because the definition of the word material, the matter from which a thing is or can be made, fits the purpose of the project very good. 
So the aim of MTRL is to create an audiovisual experience from existing or non-existing matter for open-minded brains.

MTRL (Material) 은 항상 그가 정서적으로 교감할 수 있는 사운드스케이프에 매력을 느끼는 오디오 엔지니어이자 사운드 디자이너인 Lukas Weinlein 의 프로젝트이다.
여러 다양한 악기를 수 년간 연주하며, 그는 젊은 시절 색다른 사운드들을 실험하기 시작했다.
이 통찰력 있는 여정은 음악에 대한 그의 이해도를 형성했고, 종국엔 자연의 무한한 코스모스와 목소리들에 영감을 받아 최면적인 전자음악의 무한한 가능성을 이끌어냈다. 여러 훌륭한 예술가들과 유대감을 갖게 된 것은, 그의 스타일을 다듬는 데 도움이 되었고 그는 이것을 중심으로 고유한 영역을 만들어냈다. 
그의 깊고 실험적이고 때로는 어두운 소리는 관객들에게 반향을 불러일으키고 그들을 기억을 위한 여행에 초대한다. 
이 예술 프로젝트의 명칭은 용어 Material (재료) 의 정의, ‘어떤 것이 만들어지거나 만들어질 수 있는 질료’ 라는 뜻이 프로젝트의 목적에 매우 잘 맞기 때문에 선택되었다. 
결국 MTRL 의 목적은 개방적인 사유를 위해 현존하거나 존재하지 않는 물질로부터 시청각적 경험을 창조하는 것이다.
