Is there somewhere this can be legally downloaded?

After months and months of barely being able to work on it, this track is finally done.....and just in time for Christmas, too. Thank goodness.

This track was a lot of fun to make. Early on, I decided to make it an exercise in using square waves for FM. Toward the end, I started adding in sawtooth waves for various things. I would say about 80% of the sounds in this track use the square or the sawtooth wave one way or the other.

... still not sure if I'd call this "finished" or not, I might have another go at synthesizing the vocal effects, which I've left out completely in this version. This is HARD on opl3! 
I'm not entirely satisfied with the overall sound of the bassline either, I tried to replicate the original as closely as possible at first but for some reason this only sounded good on headphones, and turned into complete crap on speakers. Had to make some compromises here and there...

This is way outside my comfort zone. I tried to focus on weird sound design more than melody for once because I thought it would be interesting to see what happens. I couldn't keep it going for long though because it just felt weird to make LOL :P.

This is the first thing I did on my Pentium 200 after getting the 8MB upgrade for the awe32. It's just a casual tune for a slow afternoon, written in General MIDI with the incredible program Massiva. This upload has both the 8MB awe32 version and an OPL3 stock General MIDI version :)
