Baltimore native Nacey began writing and producing music as a teenager, eventually relocating to Washington, DC where he co-founded Nouveau Riche - one of the longest running and most successful dance
nights in the nation’s capital.  In 2008, the party was awarded Best Dance Night in the Washington City Paper's 'Best of DC' issue. In 2010, he signed with Tittsworth and DJ Ayres’ label T&A Records, in
2013 with Main Course Records, and in 2014 with Universal Republic.

He has collaborated with notable artists Angel Haze, Major Lazer, G.O.O.D. Music’s G.L.C., Etc!Etc! and has released original works and remixes on Mad Decent, Universal Republic, Kitsuné, Casablanca,Southern Fried, Main Course, B3SCI and Polydor Records.  Having produced music for over a decade, Nacey has been described by The Washington Post as 'one of the District's more prolific DJs.’   Nacey also plays guitar in the Los Angeles based band Misun, named one of
SPIN Magazine's best new artists.  Nacey’s sounds are diverse to say the least, with a focus on style, groove and reimagining convention.
