Discovering places and area's of the world is one of
his true passions.
Please welcome Dj Saint.

You can hear his far away trips back in literally all
of his Dj-sets.
The crowd never knows where he is taking you to,
sometimes neither does he...

It all began in the Punk and New Wave scene back in
the 80's. Meaning by this he saw electronic music
evolve and everything in it right in front of his nose.
These were one the most important things he learned
from the start in order to understand what music does
to people. Goa, Acid, Techno, Electro and even Tekno...,
non of it is uncommon terrain for Saint.

He is one of the resident DJ's of the legandary
Zodiak Commune since for almost 20 years by now. Also
had his own Zodiak Area within the former TAG Festival.
Nowadays he's running a new initiative called Nachtopvang
together with UMX labelowner Paulus8 focussing on
serious underground Techno and Electro.

The next edition of Nachtopvang will contain dedicated
Electro with none other than UMWELT.

Also launched the sublabel Infamous District with a first
smashbanging Acid Tekno EP containing himself, eMeL
and Dexco.

He is running the young collective Nachtopvang together
with Zodiak Commune's veteran Dj Saint. The next event
is on March the 23rd with Electro legend UMWELT!

Founder of Rave or Die and of the New Flesh Records imprint, Umwelt boasts over forty releases to date, which place him among the most prolific French electronic producers. In 2016, after a long spell off the radar, this expert in ferocious distortions tinted with sweet melancholy delivered his second album, entitled Days of Dissent and released on Boidae. The opus was highly acclaimed by the public and the press, which proclaimed it an electro referent.
