Dave Wincent was born in Miskolc, Hungary. Since the age of 12, he has been completely consumed by music. He started out on his musical journey learning to play the drums and saxophone. So, it was from a very early age that he recognised and understood rhythm and melody. By the age of 14, he began to take music seriously, with the goal of performing at a professional level, at the top of his to-do list.

Like most, Dave started out playing at small parties in Hungary and on the local radio stations. He would spend all of his money growing his record collection. Soon after starting to DJ regularly and by the age of 16, he became interested in the production side of the music he was playing. The deeper he delved into it, the more important it became for him to learn and produce his own music. He first made music, using only his computer before expanding his equipment set up to include analog and digital Synthesizers. He worked very hard to develop his own unique style both behind the decks as a DJ and in the studio as a music producer.

In recent years Dave’s career has blossomed and he has been booked for more and more shows. This gave him the opportunity for travel and to reach audiences further afield in Miskolc and in the City of Budapest.

In 2009, Dave Wincent released his first artist EP. This changed everything for him. In recent years with releases on Materia, SOMA, Phobos Records, KD Raw, Olympian, and Nachstrom Schallplatten, he is building quite the production discography. These releases have been the key to his success in building his profile to be globally recognisable.

Dave loves what he does as an artist. Reaching people across the world with his music has and will always be the dream. Long may this continue!

Franco Biglieri, born and raised in Buenos Aires, is the name of the solo artist that stands behind the NWHR moniker. Franco is a self-taught musician, starting his career as electronic music producer in the year 2019 where he took his steps into the world of music production and then delved into his role as a dj.

A strong sense of commitment and a hard-working attitude that is oriented towards his musical passion, has led him in his short career to publish several EPs on labels such as Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Warm Up Recordings, Mord, Semantica, Illegal Alien, Newrhythmic to name a few. These releases have reached the hands and playlists of great artists such as Oscar Mulero, Bas Mooy, Svreca, Adriana Lopez, Ben Sims, Exium, Tensal, Kølpøs, Kr!z, Developer, Dasha Rush, Psyk, D-leira, Tadeo, Blazej Malinowski, Conceptual, Lewis Fautzi, Amotik, Dimi Angelis, The Advent , VSK, Ribe, Takaaki Itoh, Radial, Fanon Flowers, who provide constant support for his output.

In his role as a dj he has managed to perform in the main clubs of the local scene of Buenos Aires, such as Under Club, Cocoliche, Bahrein and Niceto Club, sharing a booth with great artists such as Tensal, Jeroen Search, Xhei and Jonas Kopp.

His specialty is dense and textured, harsh and properly distorted techno, characterized by its somber and hypnotic atmospheres. His musical discourse always has one foot in the future, usually with a dystopian touch.

Nachtstrom Sessions #07 - Mist Gasp (28.03.2025)

This is the 8th episode of our monthly podcast 'Nachtstrom Sessions' mixed by Oliver Rosemann!

Oliver is a German techno artist who has been exploring his sound for many years. Over the time, he has made numerous releases on the most famous labels in the scene. Including many 12“ records, studio albums and also remixes for respected artists.

His music is characterized as dark, dirty and hypnotic. You can hear his tracks at the hands of the most famous DJs in clubs around the world. Or by himself, he is also traveling internationally and playing DJ sets or live sets.

Since 2021 he has been running the label “Recorded Things”, which has since gained a strong reputation among new and established artists. Here you can also recognize the sound that Oliver distributes.

Music connects like-minded producers in the scene so Oliver is involved in various collaboration projects. He works with Pfirter, Alexander Kowalski and Jonas Kopp and has released plenty of EPs with them.
