Hey.. I know we haven't seen each other, or even talked to each other in a while.. but I want you to know that I've been a lot of thinking lately.. and I want you to know that I miss you.. not I regret what happened or I wanna see you again.. Just I miss you.. Just I miss you..
It's so strange to think that someone I knew so well is now a total stranger to me that sometimes I go entire days without thinking about you.. not even a little bit.. most of the time I let myself forget because it's easier, but then I find something.. a photo, a gift, the stupid love letters we used to give each other, and the full weight of what's been lost crashes down on me.. a part of me wants to see you again.. to hold you again.. to kiss you again.. but all of those feelings become empty thoughts, when I look back now, remembering that love isn't always what it seems, it's just so easy to forget.. but this isn't regret.. we had our reasons for ending it, and they were as valid as ever.. but back at the start we didn't need any reasons to fall in love.. we just did.. the reasons came in the end.. everything since then has been about reasons.. and that's good.. it means that one day I'll find someone I won't have to say good bye to.. but a part of me just misses loving someone, and having them love you back, that's all.. I guess what I'm saying is.. I hope things are good with you.. I hope everything is great.. I hope you have found a love that's all the things that ours couldn't be.. but just a small part of me hopes that you still remember what it was like before all the reasons.. and that you miss me too.

I'm not scared about what will come tomorrow, because you were my yesterday. And if i have to pay for your presence with few years of pain and emptiness, then fine, I'll pay that fee happily, because every thing has a price. We took leaps and bounds and no one can measure our journey in miles. Circumstance can be a lovely lady but that bitch bites hard, she snatched you before I even saw the end coming, but I have these memories, and they keep rolling around in my head, they come a live when a day without you is too hard to swallow. I miss you.. every day, but I trust what we built, and I hope I still reside behind your eyes, so when those eyelids shield you from the rest of the world.. your memories come a live again, your memories of me, this is all I have, but it's enough for me. You were mine once, I watched you blossom, and now I have to let you go, but I'm not sorry I loved you.. I will never be..

Everyday just feels like a war.. and I walk around so mad at the world.. and I'm really just fighting with myself.. and I don't wanna fight anymore.. I'm just too tired.

I swear to God, the sun has never risen or set without your love being the twin of my breath;
Neither have I confided in anyone except to talk about you.
Never have I mentioned your name in gladness or in sorrow,
Unless You were in my heart, wedged in my obsessive thoughts.
Nor have I touched water to quench my thirst without seeing your image in the glass.
Were it possible for me to reach you, I would come to you at once, crawling on my face or walking on my head.
I say to our minstrel that if he is to sing he should choose for this theme my grief at the hardness of your heart.
What cause have foolish people to blame me? They have their own faith and I have mine.

وَاللَه ما طَلَعَت شَمسٌ وَلا غَرُبَت
إِلّا وَحُبُّكَ مَقرونٌ بِأَنفاسي
وَلا جَلستُ إِلى قَومٍ أُحَدِّثُهُم
