This set captures the essence of what I love about music, and more importantly, the music I love to play. It also speaks to who I am, and the mood I like to create when I’m mixing. A fusion of Afrobeats, Dancehall, Reggaeton, Amapiano, and of course, some gems out of the MENA region— I wanted to create an overall airy, carefree ambience that you can just vibe, sing along and dance to. Wherever you are, I hope this set gives you positive vibes and enhances the moment in which you decide to experience it <3

Growing up in Egypt, and having lived in both New York and Los Angeles for a period of her life, NEDZ is heavily influenced by her international exposure and continues to cultivate her passion for music through adapting and drawing inspiration from the different cultures around her. Currently based in Cairo, NEDZ showcases her love for global sounds by fusing Hip Hop, R&B, African, Latin, Carribbean and Egyptian sounds, creating a unique soundscape of her own.
