What my heart was feeling at the time.. honestly, that’s the best I can give, in the way of a description..
It felt like there were ghosts, of a living person, in my room.
The memories..
The laughter.
The tears….
They walked around reenacting all of the memories that were built between us, and I felt as though I couldn’t face them at the time, if that makes sense?
So I wrote it into a song.
Let my “blood” hit the pages, and fill out the empty spaces.
This will be re-recorded in a much more professional setting, and I’ve worked on my voice a lot since this recording, so it will be better! 🙏🏼

My hopes with songs like these is that they may reach out to, even one person, with whom, the context of the song relates.
If only to help them in some way.
Even if that’s just to bring them the realization that someone else see’s and understands them.

Well, that, and with emotions like these.. No man can hold them forever in his heart without some sort of downfall.
The release is the second most important part of the process.
The result, is hopefully, beneficial to all who hear it.

Ghost In My Room (Non-Studio)

This is another non-studio version of a song I wrote a few years ago, called Supernova, about just letting go of my fears, embracing my passions, and “blowing up” as a result.

This will be the first song I re-record with better mixing, mastering, and all around, better vocals. I do hope you guys enjoy this mediocre version I recorded on my iPhone though. 😂🫶🏼
