A 30-minute radio show, "The Microphone and I" as part of "The Rundown" at The American University in Cairo (AUC)featuring a discussion under the theme of arts and entertainment that includes Once Upon a Time's new series start up, Bruce Willis joining Broadway, a man dressing up as Spiderman to help the homeless and  The Hogwarts Express being added to the Harry Potter exhibition. 

The second half features an interview with Egyptian jewelry designer Alia Khafaga, an AUC alumna who started her own jewelry business and was voted the best jewelry designer of 2014 at the Jumia Fashion Awards.
