What is basically is is music that might be a bit older, I totally forgot, or things that are just very experimental. Hey everybody!
I've been a long time fan of Andy McKee. I was always keen on learning the guitar, but when I heard Drifting for the first time, that actually made me pick up that beautiful wooden thing. Ridiculously enough, Drifting was the first song I ever learned on a guitar, and yes, it took me almost half a year. I've been an avid, but amateur guitar player ever since! So I wanted to do the thing I do best, make an electronic adaptation of Andy's absolute masterpiece. This is a little remix I made for fun! Phoebe's vocals are absolutely astonishing, I just love her voice, can't get my head around how she sings so high up and so airily. I'm happy to present to you guys "NaiKee Unplugged". Under this project I will release more acoustic, raw, instrumental and above all live played music. This is not to say, that it won't include electronic elements, but in these kinds of songs I will use live played material, either instruments or synths, and build songs! Thus they will be a bit more raw and a bit less "produced" than my other stuff, which is why it's called Unplugged. ;)

This song is about loss. I wrote it in summer, but I felt like it suits a winter vibe as well! I sampled some vocals on this, nothing huge, but I felt like it fit the track. I hope you enjoy!
