Being that I am a 25 year old lady now, I figured it was finally about time that I tackled a few of my artistic fears. This weekly project, “Coffee Shop Covers”, is my means to do so. My goal is to learn, record, master, and edit one new-to-me cover tune a week. I’m limiting myself to only 1:00-1:30 minute covers, and only three takes per instrument/vocal part. I’ll add-in/keep background noice to give it a nice ol’ lofi/real-life vibe, and hopefully make improvements as I go. 

I wanna get better at the craft, without holding myself to perfectionist standards. On future projects I might invite other artists to join in on the experiment. However, it’s just little ol’ me on this first take.
