เพื่อนชอบชีวิตที่เป็นอยู่มั้ยครับ หลายคนอาจจะชอบชีวิตที่เป็นมากแต่หลายคนอาจไม่ชอบและอยากมีชีวิตที่ดีกว่า อย่างการเปรียบเทียบที่ว่า สนามหญ้าของข้านคนอื่นมักเขียวกว่าสนามหญ้าหน้าบ้านเราเสมอ

ขนาดของความฝันเพื่อนๆ คิดว่าต้องมีขนาดเท่าไร และใช้เวลาเท่าไรเพื่อไปถึงครับ 
มีคนจำนวนมากที่วาดฝันตัวเองเอาไว้ พวกเขามีความสามารถ แต่ทำไมไปไม่ถึงเป้าหมายที่วางไว้

ถ้าชีวิตจริงพวกเราเป็นเหมือนเมล็ดกาแฟ ที่อยู่ในโรงคั่วใหญ่ที่เรียกว่าโลกโรงคั่วที่ต้องการเฉพาะเมล็ดที่สมบูรณ์แบบเท่านั้นเพื่อนๆคิดว่ามันโหดร้ายไหมครับ ที่จะคัดเมล็ดไม่สมบูรณ์ออก เพราะเมล็ดเหล่านี้หากปล่อยผ่านไปสู่กระบวนการคั่ว อาจทำให้รสชาติกาแฟเสียไปเลย หรือหลุดออกจากเกรณฑ์มาตรฐานใช่ครับ เส้นสมมุติที่เรียกว่ามาตรฐาน

แล้วเมล็ดที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ควรถูกแยกออกจากเมล็ดสมบูรณ์ และกำจัดหรือไม่ เมล็ดที่มาจากรากเหง้าพันธุ์พงศ์เดียวกัน จะต่ำต้อยด้อยค่าขนาดนั้นเชียวหรือ แล้วถ้าเราเป็นเมล็ดที่ต่ำกว่าค่ามาตรฐานที่โรงคั่วต้องการล่ะครับ

ผมเจอประโยคหนึ่งกล่าวไว้ว่า “ความสำเร็จไม่ได้เกิดเพียงข้ามคืน แต่เกิดจากความสม่ำเสมอของคุณ” หลายๆ คนก็อาจทราบแนวคิดเหล่านี้อยู่แล้ว แค่คำที่น่าสนใจจากประโยคนี้คือ ความสำเร็จ

ใช่แล้วความสำเร็จที่เป็นเหมือนยอดเขาแห่งชีวิตที่เราต่างพยามและฟันฝ่า เพื่อไปยืนบนนั้น เราต่างถูกสั่งสอนให้ต้องก้าวไปประสบความสำเร็จอย่างรวดเร็ว ยิ่งอายุน้อยยิ่งดี แนวคิดเหล่านี้สะท้อนผ่านแผงหนังสือและ มักติดอันดับหนังสือขายดีเสมอ

ทำไมเราต้องการประสบความสําเร็จในเวลาอันรวดเร็วขนาดนั้น การประสบความสําเร็จอาจนำมาซึ่งความสุขทางจิตใจ ได้รับการยอมรับ มีหน้ามีตาในกลุ่มสังคม แต่ความรู้สึกเหล่านี้มันจะยาวนานขนาดไหน แต่นั่นหละครับการได้ชื่นชมวิวบนยอดเขาแห่งความสำเร็จ มันก็เป็นสิ่งที่ไม่ใช่ใครก็ทำได้ มาค้นหาคำตอบไปด้วยกัน
