Namsdreh was born in Western Park, Clarendon, Jamaica. Namsdreh grew up in May Pen, Clarendon where he attended the May Pen Infant School. He Then graduated from May Pen Infant School and went to the May Pen Primary School. While attending May Pen Primary School, Namsdreh's father who at the time was living in the United States of America sent for him (Namsdreh) to come live in the US. A few months after Namsdreh moved to the US, his father died. Namsdreh stayed with his grandmother(father's mother)while attending P.S 244 School in Brooklyn New York. He graduated from P.S 244 and went on to IS 068 Bildersee where he got expelled and was then sent back to Jamaica. While back in Jamaica, Namsdreh was transported to his  grandmother(mother's mother)who lived in Rectory Land (Bucknor). while living with his grandmother he  attended the Mineral Heights Primary School. He then passed his Common Entrance Examination, then went on to attend the Garvey Maceo High School. While attending Garvey Maceo High School, Namsdreh and Omar Pasley ended up in the same 2nd form class where they became good friends, and began writing music along with Everton Southerland who met in a car accident and died while going home from school.one day. Dave "Namsdreh" Herdsman is a songwriter/composer/rapper/record producer/mixing  & mastering engineer. Fascinated with music, Namsdreh went on to created 7.1.5 Records & Entertainment.
