This song arrived shortly after my first read of Nisargadatta Maharaj's 'I AM THAT'. The lyrics flowed from there.

Joining the release of my debut single 'I Am' is the gentle magical touch of Intiche (@intiche) who took the original song and crafted his own unique expression. Intiche's frequency has always evoked a sense of balance for me - a strong anchoring into the earth while equally connected to the air, the sky and the stars. This is the same relationship I hold to the music I write and it's an honor to have him join me on this single.

“Essência” is a magical journey through the (sound) landscapes of Peru, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Austria and Portugal. Sounds of pure nature recorded in different places of the earth. In those sanctuaries, from my inner silence, an empty space is created within me to receive and give birth. Being at service to the essence and translating it into music. Serving as an instrument I transmit through my voice, my words, and the different instruments that I play. Being connected with everything, disappearing, like a bridge joining the bodies of sound and silence.”

The idea of these meditative sessions was born at beginning of March when lockdown in Italy began with the plan to release one track every week till the end of April.
The purpose of these meditation sessions was to offer beauty and peace to all the listeners and I'm honoured to have received positive feedback knowing that this musical journey has gone in the right direction.

It's been a hard but magic time for me and want to thank you all for your support!

I have thought for a long time whether to carry on these releases but I feel that the time has come to devote to long-term projects.
I have an Ep scheduled before the end of the year and I want to complete the project of a full album, collect sounds, ideas, experiment and then offer to the world something very special.

Short Bio:   Nanda, a long running Producer, Remix artist and DJ has spent over 20 years steadily pursuing the art of vibrating subwoofers with crystallized sonic frequencies. The music is best described as journey music mixed with deep psychedelic dub, world inspired bass and micro tuned Neuro glitch synth technologies. The sounds are somewhat of a time machine that capture the moments of the ancients revisited through teleportation into the modern complexities of today's electronic music.  Nanda has shared the stage with artists such as Tipper, Freq nasty, Quanta dub, Land switcher, Kalya Scintilla and others.
