ShiftingBlissMusicWorks presents the holiday album release of classic acoustic Christmas music,
“A Christmas Vibe” by the 2Guitars band. Produced and performed by Music Producer/Lead Guitarist, Nandi Johannes and band mate, Adam Meixner, the album is a gentle serenade to the season with an overall meditative mood. The arrangements are all acoustic nylon guitar stylings with unique embellish- ments to pure effect. Classical guitar intertwines with other musical genres including country, folk, bluegrass, Hawaiian, flamenco, and jazz throughout the album.
The first track, “S.C.I.C.T.T.” contains a down home yet sophisticated vibe of classical guitar with echoes of bluegrass. “Jingle Bells” becomes a melodic string dance of harmonies reminiscent of a Spanish guitar daydream with an island breeze. The stately mood of “Greensleeves” is reworked with an early Metallica- style classical guitar intro into a Bach-influenced baroque and blues style. “Rudolph” integrates Hawaiian ukuleles with flamenco riffs ending with a surprising musical homage to baseball. “Frosty” conveys the spirituality of big skies and the outdoors with its original arrangement of a Chet Atkins inspired country twang thrown in together with a galloping finger-style guitar touch.
As a concept album, “A Christmas Vibe” contains a modern day fable-the music is the 2Guitars answer to the troubles faced by an overworked Santa Claus.
In an original story, Mrs. Claus has called upon the GlobalMobileUnit 1, an elite squad of animated characters, to travel to the North Pole to lift the spirits of an overworked, distraught Kris Kringle.

Nandi is an American singer-songwriter, record producer, composer, multi-instrumentalist.  He grew up in Trinidad, California , and began learning the violin at age 3. After moving to Astoria, New York at the age of 13 , he formed his first punk rock band, No Questions Asked (NQA) followed by the pop/rock band, 3:00 Prophet, embracing a strong following in the indie rock scene at the time.
After graduating from LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts , Nandi would begin performing at leading venues and clubs in New York - Webster Hall, Knitting Factory, CBGBs, Roseland, and Mercury Lounge as a solo artist, DJ, and in his bands.
 Nandi has electrified stages internationally on tour with the Lordz of Brooklyn at the Summer Sonic Festival in Japan and on the Vans Warped Tour sharing billing with artists such as Lee Scratch Perry, Beastie Boys, Green Day, and Nas. His music has been licensed to Microsoft’s Xbox game Rally Sport Challenge, ESPN and MGM/United Artists films. His upcoming slate of recordings and projects include new releases for Welker and ShiftingBliss, and curating new tracks for the BlissBeatBoutique. 
A deeply committed artist, he has recently released the American Soul-Roots music album “Last American Son,” which was recorded at BDO (Big Daddy Om) Studios in Trinidad, California and at Mayasong Studio in Staten Island, New York.
