Best known for his fine mental dash and intricate modular assemblies which have been featured on the likes of Granulart, Pole Group, Tsunami Records and KEY, the Barcelona-based hypnotist laid down for us a two-hour shy mind-boggler of a - vinyl-only - mix. A true Rorschach test of gridlocked machine funk interwoven with tuff-as-nail hardware bursts and more atmospheric flights, this one will keep you guessing as to what the next bar may bring to the table. Cukier is the resident and founder at Codeword, the underground techno event series in London and Berlin. Cukier’s sets fuse heady, hypnotic and driving techno with deep and emotive elements. DJing at FOLD since 2019, he recently closed at ELSE Berlin where Codeword launched its European debut featuring techno luminaries Efdemin and Kangding Ray. Cukier has also hosted and played alongside artists including Rødhåd, Fadi Mohem, JakoJako, Ignez, BLANKA and many more. A former resident on Threads Radio, he was recently a special guest on Tempelhof Radio’s ‘Honest Work’. In addition to his event series, Cukier is planning to expand Codeword’s musical imprint in H2 2024 and beyond. Stay locked for more.
