Ab Ortu Cinere is the name of the flaming hot EP from Mentalis Zavar, released by Resina Records.The EP brings forth the idea of total renewal, of rebirth. When a Phoenix dies, it goes out in a burst of flames and combustion, with only ashes remaining. From the ashes, a renewed and stronger being is born. With that in mind, the new EP Mentalis Zavar composed for us explores the meanings and symbolisms of the cycle of constant renewal behind the rebirth from the ash. Expect a whole new level of psychedelic music coming from this release, with deep themes investigating the cycle of life, death, the rebirth of oneself and the strength of the reborn.

It is a conceptual five tracks darkpsy/forest journey with 3 collaborations and 2 solo.

The purpose of this ep is to indulge the listener with an old but forgotten concept of Nature.

We have started to believe that Nature and humans are separate and we can control it however it pleases us. But we need to transform our thinking and idea of Nature. We need to regard Nature &human as ONE. Nature is not something separate from us!

WE ARE NATURE, we are made of the same elements. 
At present we are polluting our air, water, land, cutting down forests all in the name of development and that is leading to global warming and climate change, out break of deadly virus(like covid and many more to come). 

It's time, We need to transform our idea of nature and look towards sustainable economy!
