Frostbite is Miguel Letria and Ricardo Estanislau, both from Lisbon, Portugal.After establishing themselves individually as solid DJ’s, these two friends decided to team up to bring you a fun and refreshing interpretation of PsyTrance. Their DJ sets take you on a ride ranging from slower grooves to the more intense psychedelic tunes, showing their versatility and allowing them to perfectly fit in whatever time slot they’re assigned to. Besides playing all over Portugal, their sets have also reached dancefloors in Brasil, France, Ireland, Switzerland and India. Frostbite is part of the South African label One Foot Groove Records. Their first compilation Travel Agency was released in 2015 with great success, reaching #1 and #4 on Juno Download and Beatport’s respective charts. In 2016 they were invited to join the Austrian label 24/7 Records. In June 2017 they released their second compilation on One Foot Groove Records called Overview Effect reaching #6 on Beatport’s charts. 2018 has been a very special year for them as they’ve just completed a tour in Brazil (Respect Festival, Progressive by DM7, Mundo de Oz) and have gigs both in Boom Festival and Ozora Festival making them a force to be reckoned with.
Next up for the Frosties is the release of their very own tracks, out later this year on 24/7 Records, so stick around for the fun!

… DJ/producers, proudly presents the name of his solo project.. ‘Supermodule’, inspired by his passion for modular synthesis.
Over three years in the making, Lucas has been polishing these gems in-between and during his extensive touring. ‘Confessions OF A Supermodule’ is his 3rd studio album following on from his previous chart-topping classics: ‘Tales of Heads’ and ‘God Save the Machine’.

In order to vary the sound, dynamic and fun making the album, Lucas collaborated with several of his top producer friends such as Ajja, Dickster, Laughing Buddha, Sonic Species, Tristan and Martian Arts. The album also features some of his other projects like Sybarite, Lucas’ project with Ric Featherstone, teaming up with label mates Outsiders to produce a seriously chunky psy-blaster.

Following the success of ‘Kiss My Acid’, Lucas’ first release with Celli Earthling earlier this year on Zero 1 Music, they formed an exciting new live project called ‘Mandelbrot’ whose music has been lighting up dance floors across the planet!

Raja Ram had this to say about the Supermodule album:

‘Lucas in charge of the voyage… into the unknown, but every note a delicacy, and powerful prompt to make you get off your ass… and move your body… this is the perfect storm../…and each wave of electronic pulses carries you away on a kaleidoscope of sound, which in turn, goes into the central nervous system of hedonistic delights, a cornucopia of psychedelic.. hi peakage which, makes you gasp and smile, and wriggle/and your feet just cannot help themselves! Thumpy Rumpy Hummpy…the Kick drum has been approved by the Demented Peacock Society… but with a health warning, DO NOT Listen TO This Music Quietly… this is music for tripping or sipping, landing or standing, but the itch to twitch is relentless… Each track on the album may kill you through astonishment, but it’s worth it. Alonso Villanueva aka Sound Era, born in 1993, has been a music lover since the first day he set foot on this earth. Starting his career as a DJ mixing at local parties in the border town of Juarez Mexico, he then quickly redefined his style of music into Full on psychedelic trance in 2009.
At the age of 16 years old, he joins “Psytek Productions”, a local event organizer. He later becomes the pillar of the crew by showing an impeccable attitude and clear vision towards the company.
In 2011, Alonso formed his own promotional agency, bringing and working with many international artists. He has shared stages with great artists such as: Astrix, Talamasca, Captain Hook, Stryker, Ace Ventura, Mad Maxx, Mekkanikka, Sonic Species, Freedom Fighters, Major7 (X-Noize), X.S.I., Skyfall (Menog), Bionix, and others.
After years of hard work, playing a professional DJ, and keeping true to his heart, Alonso becomes an ambassador of his favorite record label,“United Beats Record”. Dreams are always inspired by the purest thoughts, and Alonso has managed to crack the code to his dearest aspirations…
