So here we have 3hrs of music, specially selected by Mike Halloran aka Nanobot for our ‘It Does Something To My Brain’ August Bank Holiday 2024 al fresco session, before the Cosmic Sessions main event with headliner, Hodge. 

Situated in the Cosmic Courtyard, It Does Something to my Brain (IDSTMB) takes place under the tree’s faithful shelter, a relaxed day party which unfolds gradually over an afternoon as hand-picked djs are given the time deserved to explore the crevices, nooks and crannies of their collections, IDSTMB is all about activating the senses… A sonic and olfactory magic carpet ride, equipped with nootropic Lion's Mane cocktails, delicious cosmic bites to eat. 🍹🍄

'It Does Something to my Brain' is our good friend Annie's catchphrase for whenever she hears music, smells a scent, eats food, or spies visuals that makes her ‘tingle’. 👅👂👁️👃🫴
The emphasis is on quality sensation across the spectrum, with sounds spanning from ambient, brain-dance, aquatic electro, electronica, dub, chug and more....
 
“With this mix marking my birthday, and also 33 1/3 years since I bought my first set of turntables. I wanted to give a nod to those halcyon days of raves past and their ambient afters in the woods or by the sea. I’d like to think Jeff (DJ Apache) would have approved of this one.”
