Times are strange. 
Times have been strange for two years now. Everything that made our human bonds has been damaged and altered, each one becoming the enemy of his brother, the presumed responsible for his misfortune. Each one being ready to do anything to survive this anguish intrinsic to each one, maintained without interruption, of the fear of dying and the fear of losing everything. We have entered into a logic of survival, even if it meant sacrificing part of the population (nurses, doctors suspended, social death of the unvaccinated, limited access to care and more complex procedures). Debate and critical thinking were forbidden. Ideologists versus scientists. Fact checkers (gaming experts sometimes) versus international medical experts. The narrative (narratif is an adjective in French, but the noun does not exist in this language.It has however been imposed as a standard in French in order to exclude any other discourse than the official "narrative" during the health crisis) has become an indisputable truth and no matter what the realness is. 
In these strange times, state violence has reached a crescendo. France, country of the declaration of human rights, but not of the rights neither of the human nor of the demonstrators. 
State violence and the arrests of demonstrators abroad arouse indignation and shock French public opinion, but not those that take place in France. Too bad for the injured and the mutilated. Sometimes they no longer have two eyes to cry with. 
Every authoritarian regime knows that art is subversive. Artists are often the first to be muzzled or locked up unless they pledge allegiance to the ideas of the political party. In France, an artist from Nice, Chloe Sage, was handcuffed, brutalized and taken to the police station.Her audience was gassed and manhandled by agents who were supposed to be under oath and representing the state. 
Her crime, a street concert at 7pm with songs where the word freedom came up maybe a little too often. A problem of songwriting probably...
Victor Jara whose politicized songs and tragic destiny still serve as a symbol of freedom in Chile and elsewhere, moved in their time the so democratic democracies, maybe it was necessary that Chloe, also guitarist, had her hands mutilated like Victor Jara, so that we notice better the censorship and the violence that she suffered, even that we believe in it. 
Moreover, France is honored in the first places for its intensive censorship on the internet and FB since the last years, and for its always lagging behind in terms of press freedom, 34th in the international ranking. 
Back to our fear-mongering narrative, it has now changed its theme, but it continues with a new geopolitical manipulation. 
The problem is not the lies, the propaganda, the instrumentalization of facts, the problem is that real people are paying the price with their lives. 
Innocent victims died during the health crisis, innocent victims die from the conflicts.
We stand with these victims, not with the oppressors who use their sacrificed lives to scare and influence opinion. 
Imagine a world without countries, without borders, without wars, imagine a world without cold-hearted puppeteers where people would share the world in peace...

Eve d'Orso and Axel Noon are the overclocked components of a system which they denounce. Sleepless, Eve writes at night. She composes her first song at the age of 10, a poem of two pages on what she thinks about mankind, and sings the weekend in the Sion's Cathedral (Switzerland). For her, music is a means of expression and especially, evasion. A major analgesic. After a personal and professional enlivened course, she chooses to put an end to her career of Psychologist.
 
For Axel, music is in his blood. With his brother Paul, musician well known in their native Canada, a brother who killed himself and by whom he will try to look like. At first guitarist, bass player, drummer, he likes later electro-pop programming. Influenced by punk music, the blues, and rock garage, according to its meetings or to his sobriety, in the 90's, he meets Topper Headon (ex. The Clash) to whom he dedicates an almost mystic admiration. In spite of a praise from the critics for his first group "The Ultimate Triangle" in Canada, and a mitigated success with "Astroboys" in London, personal and domestic problems are going to catch him up, that will put him out of circuit for many years. During this time of convalescence, he reads a lot, educates himself on geopolitic, history, discovers famous thinkers as Noam Chomsky or Hannah Arendt, and is making friends in activists networks.
 
And so Axel and Eve are going to meet for the first time in 2009, during the European Exopolitics Summit in Barcelona. Their commitments and their ideas on the world join and collect them, music finishes connecting them. Together, they form Nanokill, name in the form of explicit war cry or warning, of those whom we never read, because sent back to the asterisk, in tiny characters.
 
Who kills what ? The only certainty with them, is that we can't know who is the murderer at the end, from the virus or vaccine, from the poison or the antidote. "Know yourself and you will know the universe and the gods". That's what this quote registered on the pediment of the temple of the Pythie in Delphes assert. If we apply it to Nanokill, to the term of their respective chaotic routes, the space is closed, disturbing, and deamons cross their walls...
