when i wrote the chorus to Save me , i was thinking very sad thoughts and i was in a very emotional phase,the song tends to pick at vulnerability and frustration when it comes to love . but going into the verse i became aggressive ,almost like in a speed chase cursing out the love of my life , Save me is a roller coaster of sad emotions and energy backed up by electric guitars and 808s.

A year after the release of his debut album ”Adlibs and Autotune”, Nigerian-born international singer Nano Shayray is set to release his second studio Album titled” Fell in a Trap”.
Fell in a Trap is a project that once again exhibits Nano’s versatility as He takes listeners on a tour, reaching into genres like Afrobeats, Trap, soul and World Music. He also is known for delivering intense stories of love and striking high notes on emotional songs and on” Fell in a Trap”,  He expresses such feelings in songs like Too Late, Parachute, Sad Song, Drunk Love, and Rodeo. However, the project doesn’t lack that high-energy rage-like trap song;in fact, songs like Pegasus, Tellem, Ginger and No Sleep are what give the project its cohesiveness.

Nano shayray is a new and exciting voice emerging from Nigeria's capital, Abuja. He was born in Lagos and raised in Abuja. 



He offers a window into the different sounds present in the capital's budding music scene, aside from rap music, with a fusion of genres ranging from afro beat to trap music. 



Nano Shayray draws inspiration from international sounds such as Post Malone, Travis Scott, and Migos. He is also heavily influenced by Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Runtown. These influences fueled his love of thoughtful lyricism and unusual Melodies.



He has been on a mission to share his sound with the world since the release of his single "friend or foe" in 2017. Followed with two projects that made appearances in the top 15 spots on the Apple Music world charts and his most recent Ep in 2021, Nano is just about to show the world what he is truly capable of.
