NostosAlgos

Ilan touches the woman-like side of nature within her, the longing for love and retrospection to the past.  This is the first single that combines themes of home, loss, love and growth.
As an adopted child from a distant and different foreign land, she speaks in her writing about losing and gaining, living in duality and containing what could have been.  Flexibility to change and overcoming breakups was replaced by longing for the home she once knew; Vietnam becomes a subject that ties the interpretation of her songs, intimate glance to the places she feels most exposed, relationships.
Keren produced the single in the north of Israel together with musician Yedidya Haran.
"Soon Summer's Gone" was recorded and written while influenced by the folk and rock album recording style of the 60s, it is wrapped in a sense of nostalgia, but in the original sense of the word; The longing to return home.
