We asked Naomi Rogue when we asked about this track, she says in a relaxed tone “Roses is everything to me cause it signifies a rebirth. I created this song with Teemix in Ajah, Lagos, mid 2021, and little did i know that it was a fore-telling into my future, a journey of healing and letting go that i would go on to face in the first half of 2022.” letting out a soft laugh. She adds “There’s a spiritual perspective to the song that i hope brings comfort to everyone else who goes on to listen to the song”.

She also learnt the art of production and mastering of her records since 2018 when she got her personal home studio set up and started working more on building a unique sound and intentional craft. In 2019, she featured on Hot Fm Lagos, City Fm & Eko Fm after she performed at the NYSC Youth Camp Orientation Grounds in 2018 and the crowd went too wild. Naomi Rogue also came in as a Finalist and second runner up in the Set2Blow competition and with much hard work afterwards she was acknowledged on WeTalkSound blog, got featured on Chop Daily Playlist & Chuma Obum of PGM also gave her good remarks for the kind of music she makes particularly taking more liking to her vocal prowess 
After being in music since her early teens, she goes on to rebrand everything, thereby solidifying her career and creatively creating a strong musical identity that conveys emotions of a soulful retro vibration and magnificent electrifying lyric. 
 Her Influences range from BackstreetBoyz, UB40, Koffee, Westlife, Burna Boy, Dua Lipa, Tracy Chapman, Dua Lipa, Lucky Dube and many other phenomenal artists she’s come across.
