Groove Cruise Mini Mix 1

My friends and I had the opportunity to bring some things we were working on to Studio Santa Barbara, a local bar/night club that is doing awesome things for the EDM scene (and music scene as a whole) in Santa Barbara. To even get to play on their decks for a few minutes was a blast and I recorded a set I had been messing around with for a time :)

Been inspired by nu-disco and nu-funk sounds as of late, and the way the genres bring innate energy into a space without the tracks necessarily being hits or even well-known. This mix was a quick riff off some inspiration I've been feeling from finding all these new tracks. Feels fit for the coming Summer days. Disco House Live Mix

The first mix of the steady flow of practices that I will be recording and publishing.  In this practice I am focusing on simple melodic mixing.  Future bass music is what speaks to me and it is my desire to share that feeling with everyone I can, hope you enjoy!  There will be more to come soon.

Fade In Mix

Haven't posted anything in a while sorry guys!  Been working on touching up my mix for next week's event at club Avalon!  Wanted to change things up a bit so I've been working on a new downtempo mix for the past couple days.  Looking to making it into a 40-60 minute mix but I wanted to share with you guys what I have so far!  Hope you enjoy and let me know what you think!

Make Me Cry (The Napster remix)

Hey guys.  This song has been something that I have been working on for a decent while now.  I started out putting most of it together, chopping vocal samples from Illenium and Said The Sky's "Where'd U Go" (P.S. If you haven't checked that out yet stop what you're doing and listen to it because it is awesome).  After I laid down the main frame of it though I kept doing minor tuning here and there and never really liked how it sounded until I came back to it today and made one minor adjustment.  This marks the first original/re-work of my Bedroom Beats collection, a combination of remixes and flips of songs I love as well as some covers and originals, I hope you enjoy:)

Shelter For The Lost

This is my entry for the Galantis DJ Opener Contest for their shows coming up at the Shrine Expo Hall on October 18th and 19th!  My birthday is on the 19th so if I were to win this contest that might just be the coolest birthday present ever.  Just might.
