Tropical Journey is my debut album inspired by music genres such as: Afrobeat, Organic House and Oriental. Tropical Journey is a musical journey through ethnic and cultural corners of the world, which the goal is to put the listener in an idyllic state.

The album ""Colours of Morocco"" is a mesmerizing journey into the heart of Morocco, blending traditional, ethnic sounds with pulsating electronic music to create a unique world music experience. This work is the result of the creator's deep fascination with the culture, landscapes, and rhythms of this extraordinary country.

In search of the most authentic sounds and inspirations, the artist embarked on a personal journey to Morocco, where local musicians were recorded directly in their homeland. Thanks to this approach, ""Colours of Morocco"" captures the unique energy and richness of Moroccan instruments and traditions, transporting the listener into the heart of the North African landscape. The goal was to create an album that is authentic, not only in its musical layer but also spiritually, underscoring a deep commitment to the project.

Each track on the album is a colorful story, intricately woven from electronic arrangements and organic, ethnic samples. To further enhance this extraordinary experience, a video report documenting this inspiring journey was also produced, enriched with interviews with the artists who contributed their talent to this project.

"My Roots (Naraska Remix)" is a remix of Ayoub Houmann's famous song, featuring an old mantra named Coubaili Bala, which is all about healing, even though the meanings of many words in it are unknown.

"Marrakesh" is a song created in collaboration with the famous Gnawa master Younes Hadir. "Marrakech" is about a legendary woman named Lalla Aicha who used to live in the mountains. She is a female mythological entity, frequently described as a jinn or spirit, and holds a significant place in Moroccan oral tradition, including Gnawa culture.

"Gnawa Trance" is the introductory track, serving as the album's opening, and it speaks about the unity of the divine, conveying that whenever one seeks God, they find God. The song was created in collaboration with Ayoub Houmanna.

"Amarg Spirit" was created in collaboration with Mohamed El Kachir, the vocalist of the band Folk Spirit. This kind of song usually reflects on the temporary nature of life, money, and possessions, compared to the eternal presence of God.

The song "Habib Allah" by the Daraa Tribes is a musical piece that pays tribute to the Prophet Muhammad through its lyrics. It also addresses themes of the liberation of enslaved people and draws heavily from the Gnawa musical and spiritual heritage, which is rooted in Morocco’s history and African cultural influences.

The final and closing track on the album, designed to bid farewell to the listener, is "Laffou." Created in collaboration with Ayoub Houmanna and Younes Hadir, "Laffou" is about seeking the energy of healing and the release of negative feelings from the soul.

The song "Shalaba" was created in collaboration with Ayoub Houmanna. Given the context of the song "Shalaba" being described as "about a visit to heaven and that everything belongs to god" the more spiritual or peaceful interpretations, such as "tranquility" or "freedom," might align with the song's theme.

The song, "Africa MaNa You," was created in collaboration with Ayoub Houmanna, Daraa Tribes, and Mohamed El Kachir. This traditional song is about Africans of different tribes wearing Shashiya, which is the hat with a tail that spins around the head.

"Bader from Ait Bin Haddou" is a song recorded with local performance artist and it's a combination of two songs: Si Sandiya” and “Aïcha” which are traditional pieces from the red suite of Gnawa music, dedicated to the feminine spirits. Through hypnotic guembri grooves and the metallic pulse of qraqeb, these songs invoke protection, healing, and the powerful presence of Lalla Aïcha. Both embody the passion, mystery, and ancestral depth of the Gnawa spiritual tradition.

Deber from Ait Bin Haddou (feat. Deber, Badre Zaid)

Naraska is an instrumentalist, DJ, and music producer from Krakow (Poland), where he is an active artist in the electronic music scene. Greatly inspired by oriental sounds, his live shows attempt to create an ethnic climate, which mix together tribal rhythms, to transform the experience into a cultural celebration. Naraska takes the listener on a trip to exotic corners of the world, riding waves of oriental rhythms, fused with ethnic percussion. With his professional production and remixes, Naraska builds a bridge between the traditional sounds of diverse cultures, and the vibes of modern dance music.
