German-born Iranian Nastaran is without a doubt one of the most exciting new faces coming out of the scene right now. Already equipped with a perfect taste, vast dance floor knowledge and an incredible crate full of hard-hitting music, Nastaran did it the true old way and taught herself those impressive deck skills in a blink of an eye, causing pure amazement since her very first show. Nastaran immediately scored a residency at WAVES at one of the most renowned events in Southern Germany, getting to play alongside scene greats like Cera Khin, Lokier, Julian Muller and more. Lately Nastaran is even being championed for her music selection and skills by none other than MRD and Trym, inviting her to be part of one their amazing nights. Everything is set for great things for Nastaran, the future is bright!

For this month‘s edition of the VIOLENT CAST we present you NASTARAN. 

We welcome the GOTEC resident and WAVES member onto our podcast series. We couldn’t be more happy that our seventh edition of the VIOLENT CAST is presented by her.


German-born Iranian Nastaran is a DJ based in Heidelberg. She made multiple appearances in the clubs in southern Germany since 2021. Further gigs at Club OST or Remise in Berlin, at Thuishaven in Amsterdam, or at Le Petit Salon in Lyon followed soon. 
From an artistic perspective, she covers a wide range from heavily textured hard-hitting techno to relentlessly powerful rave-tools. Being influenced by the darker and raw side of electronic music, she draws attention to various genres such as industrial techno, EBM, early 2000s hardgroove, and even hardcore. 


With the entire club night from start to finish in mind, she will rather take you on a dynamic yet versatile opening journey or push the limits of an energy-loaded closing set. As expected she has delivered a storytelling set for you just right before the weekend to get you in the mood for your next rave or whatever you are up to.
