Nasti Moto Feat. ALOO - Riyaaz

Addini, which translates to 'religion' in Hausa African, stands for the unexplained spirituality we experience and seek day by day. I wanted to create an atmosphere with this piece that would hypnotize and invoke an inward journey inside the listener so each of us could perhaps find their own addini.

This piece of music was created with the assistance of the formula for Φ or Phi (1.618...) by dividing the piece in a linear matter as well as applying the formula on the chosen leading frequency, 528hz..

Nasti Moto - Φ

Hailing from Cyprus and now residing in Berlin, Nasti Moto’s musical journey has taken her around the world from Ibiza to Goa and London to Hong Kong. When asked to describe her sound, Nasti said ‘I don’t focus on a four on the floor pattern. I enjoy complex beats which I feel liberates the audience to choose their own rhythm and expression in their dance and listening experience. I choose music that has eerie or organic sounds, often creeping in when least expected.
