The tide has turned in the ongoing battle of the sexes, and women now rule the Earth. A New Girl Order, led by President Katherine Elizabeth, seeks to wipe out every last pocket of the patriarchy. This battle has led to war with the misogynistic country of Truejerkistan, ruled by the chauvinistic Prince Ali Ababwa, and a midnight deadline looms as the Doomsday Clock ticks forward.  Despite her power, President Katherine faces the same offences as her feminist foremothers: her parents—and the American people—demand she have babies and settle down, and a midnight deadline looms as her Biological Clock ticks forward. Worse yet, the Vice President, Annabelle Claire uses her feminine wiles to seduce Prince Ali to assassinate the President. The plan: Prince Ali will woo President Elizabeth by offering her millions of babies, luring her to the Rose Garden, where VP Claire will assassinate her. When the plot fails, President Elizabeth becomes enraged and nukes Truejerkistan, sending the gender wars into a literal World War III.
With the war in full swing, President Elizabeth tightens her grip on the world: men have become enslaved; the Committee on Un-Feminist Activities names names; and President Elizabeth goes nuke happy. With American victory in sight, Truejerkistan sends the ultimate counter-strike: a boat full of terrorist babies with dirty bombs in their diapers. Crippled by her ticking biological clock, President Elizabeth hesitates, and babies bomb the Eastern seaboard. President Elizabeth only survives the attack after her brain is transplanted into...a man’s body. Now with the hormones of a man, the President reconsiders her feminist laws, and decides to settle down with her Chief of Staff, Jeff Doomoore, who has always loved her. Jeff, who now carries the President’s transplanted womb, becomes pregnant with President Elizabeth’s babies. Jeff resigns his powerful post to be a stay-at-home mom, and the two live happily ever after, but not until after they assuage the objections of liberal and conservative protesters in the audience.
