The music for PREPARATION is derived exclusively from sounds recorded while preparing food. It should be listened to during periods of preparation.

PREPARATION debuted at the Color Field Ensemble contemporary music festival in August of 2012.

Nat and Roos are artists and composers Nat Evans and Ross Simonini who live and work in Seattle and New York respectively. They have been writing and recording music together for modern dance, film, and art installations since 2006.
