Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, @nat-barrera 's creative involvement with music began when he picked up the drums at the age of 12. 
In 2006, he moved to Montreal, Canada, where he has been producing music 
ever since. He plays regularly across the city and region, as well as in renowned venues around the world.  
His distinctive sound matured into an eclectic yet balanced blend of Organic House, and unique world music influences characterized by a defined percussive rhythm and his Latin-American roots. 
Over the years, Nat has had several releases and collaborated with many labels (Grrreat Recordings, 8day, Cosmovision Records, Trndmsk, The Magic Movement, New Latam Beats, O’Tawa, etc.). He is also the recipient of Montreal’s Society for Arts and Technology [SAT] 2019 Euterke prize in the DJ/Producer category.

The quartet is headed by Colombian songwriter and producer Mario Galeano, who also is part of Ondatrópica and Los Pirañas. He draws his inspiration, ánd his samples that form the base of his contemporary tracks, from his large collection of cumbia records, mainly from the 60s and 70s.
