Binaural recording (WEAR HEADPHONES) using 8 microphones and contact mics of a working marine shipyard,capturing the natural sounds of wind filtering through objects.

In the boatyard, a cacophony of enduring winds orchestrates a myriad of rhythmic sounds, creating textures and tapping, both constant and dynamic. My attempt to capture the wind's essence reveals its whistling resonance, intertwining with reverberating sails, wires, and walls, producing gentle timbres reminiscent of icicles. Amidst the gusts, a vocal-like whistling emerges, accompanied by the sound of small objects falling or friction between surfaces. This recording encapsulates the unspoken poetry of the wind. Wind sails' rattling becomes a natural refrain, echoing the dialogue between human design and the untamed forces, a testament to the harmonious conversation between human and more than human soundscapes.

So, sit back and ready yourself for some inimitable Froid Dub cuts; laid back but pounding, graceful yet aggressive but above all, thoroughly danceable.

First single On The Nose enters next, with a delightfully soft, round bass that feels like bouncing around a padded room. Inside a Zorb. On MDMA. More echoed, analogue motifs dart from left to right, confirming with strong conviction that our chaps from Paris put the Dub in Indubitably Fantastic.

A ritualistic, immersive experience in continuous playing (34-minute loop), "La casa è un tempo" explores the concept of living and its re-meaning. A spiral of ritualized time, articulated in golden proportions, weaves into its materials the most remote imagery of our species with a heightened impression of current reality, that of a migrant in the Mediterranean and that of a Western citizen.
"La casa è un tempo" inhabits the intersection of the familiar with the distant. It is an act of knowledge caught in its unfolding through dreams, nightmares, individual and collective memories, daily life, relationships and hopes. It is an invitation to redefine the very concept of living as a place where we can re-weave meanings, feelings and rituals, where we look for and meet - through signs and with our bodies - the Other within and outside ourselves.
Created in dialogue with Pietro Motisi's photo-based installation "Cratere", and in support of the Caritas projects for exploited migrants.

Release number eleven on @idasound welcomes Chiranuma — a three piece live band from Moscow with ‘fragment.you’ EP.
The band is combining leftfield techno with live mysterious vocals on 3 original tracks of the EP while they build from atmospheric intros into energetic psychedelic melodic trips.
On the remixes there is an old company — label bosses Uninc & Kolomensky who add some pumping rave power to ‘Buji’ and Panorama Channel who turns ‘Okean’ into mystical trancey breakbeat adventure.
Last but not least we have bonus free edit for ‘Raby Lampy’ from the Chiranuma itself with oriental roots and wonky feel.
