This is an energetic archetype which was recently channelled – with no details given. However I found it totally relevant, and as we are all in the process of resurrecting at present, interesting. I certainly no longer meditate for 1 hour a day and only occasionally do a ‘formal’ meditation. From everything I read it is more important to use a visualisation to fill yourself with light, aligned and peaceful, one you can repeat anytime through the day.
