I'm not a religious person. Not atheist, because I'm not powerful enough to be certain of anything, I simply was never introduced to any specific theology, so I never became involved with one. 

But if there's one thing I believe in, it's that there has to be some kind of higher energy we aren't aware of yet. 
 
For the past two years, I see the number 727 everywhere. At first it felt like a coincidence, a frequency illusion some people try to tell me, but it's become a phenomenon that seems too out of control to be just a figment of my thoughts or imagination.

I glance at the time almost every day exactly at exactly 7:27 pm. I think everyone believes I'm slightly exaggerating until they see it happen. Friends and family have caught me doing it, where no one is holding a phone or near a clock, and suddenly I will check the time at exactly 7:27. I've had receipts total to $7.27, my recent hotel bill was $727. A tweet announcing this exact song being written received 7 retweets and 27 likes (I screenshotted for proof because I was so excited). I was refunded a $750 mastering charge through PayPal, and because the engineer chose goods/services, I received $727.98 back. Items will arrange in groups of seven, two, and seven. Youtube views will refresh to 727K right when I click them on.

I just feel like a force of the universe want me to trust the digits. Why 727? Why not a more familiar number like 300, or 15? It must be a sign. That, or I'm definitely cursed. Either way, seven twenty seven means something to me now. Even if I'm just silly, the attachment is permanently there. Seeing the number has become my method of continuing on when I feel demotivated or discouraged. Turning it into an art form was a way to keep me out of my head and focused on what my hands can create. 

No matter who wants to tell me that it's just a coincidence, I have no choice but to firmly disagree.
