As opposed to external conflict, in which a character is grappling some force outside of him or herself, such as wars or a chain breaking off a bike, or not being able to get past a road block. The dilemma posed by an internal conflict is usually some ethical or emotional question. Indicators of internal conflict would be a character's hesitation or self-posing questions like "what was it I did wrong?".An internal conflict can also be a decision-making issue.

Mark Morris - Me Vs. Me Vs. Me (SlowMotion Mix)

For the tenth instalment of Deep Sound Channel the label is going full circle, back to where it all began. ARC# inaugurated the imprint back in 2013 and now part of the collective, Tom Liem, is flying solo. Well, solo for the opening track. “A Liquid State” is a mellow, melting piece of marshy machine music. Warmth flows as clicks and clacks orbit a soft and soothing syntheline in a track that epitomises the term ambient techno. Acronym, of Northern Electronics and Semantica fame, takes over the controls for the flip. Percussion is folded and refolded, layered into itself into a hypnotic haze. Behind these blurred beats a burbling bass bulges as gentle key strokes scatter for a remix brimming with textures and intensity.

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Pulse One delivers 5 intense cuts with A Mirror From The Past Ep, as the newest addition to the Natch catalogue. First track 'They' is an obsessive cut made of haunting synthlines, and thin hihats, followed by 'We': a stomping and distorted kickstorm anathemised by ghostly vocals. 'You' on the Bside is a broken drum-atic piece of techno, where a long and utterly epic riff, brings cinematographic vibes to the record. The atmosphere moves back to the dancefloor with the slightly lo-fi 'Me', an extreme roller backed by cowbells and sidereal winds. To close the release, as epilogue of this solemn trip, the ambient, eerie 'All Of Us' evokes melodies of a ceremonial march towards the unknown.
