A smooth guitar strum & perfect piano fill would be nice, but add a creative melody & a beautiful, recognizable voice, and you end up with a gorgeous song.  And I always wanted to cross a sunny border in the pouring rain.

There’s a blade of grass , stuck on my shoe
It weathered many storms 
And bathed in sunny hues
But it never saw the sun 
Like I saw it in your smile 
And it never saw a kiss so sweet
Like a gentle breeze 
‘till you moved your lips on mine ..

It had lead a simple life

Now it’s torn in knowing more
For it never knew what people do
