Nathan Beverage is a composer for film, TV, and media, known for his emotionally resonant scores and profound musical storytelling. Most notably, Nathan scored the horror short WHEN SHADOWS DANCE AT NIGHT, directed by Taye Alvis, which premiered at The Forest City Film Festival and was an official selection at the TIFF Next Wave Film Festival. Recently, Nathan wrote a nuanced score for the award-winning indie drama WE WANT A, directed by Michelle Joy Jardine. In 2020, Nathan composed, recorded, and mixed the original music for FIGHTING CHANCE, a short film that he also wrote and directed. For the film, he combined a melodic score, performed by live musicians, with recorded sounds from a boxing gym, processed electronically. Nathan Beverage holds bachelor of music degrees in both composition and music production from the University of Cincinnati’s internationally renowned College-Conservatory of Music.
