Bishop Keith O'Neal wrote this song in 1995.  This song was inspired and birthed through a worship session that he was involved in which has become his mantra through his years.

This song was written and produced by Bishop Keith O'Neal in 2010.  That year he was preaching a series on "Faith", God birthed into his spirit that you have what you say.  This series sparked his spirit to write this song "I Will Declare".
